Clients can upload their tax information to their personal SmartVault account.   SmartVault is used for document uploads, secure tax return storage, DocuSign for signatures required for e-filing and to transmit information for subject matter expert review when necessary. 

Tina Tobin will be your main contact person, tax preparer and consultant.  I do partner with another sole practitioner to share resources, your consent is required before any information is shared. 

For both security and efficiency Onyx will be sharing resources with a long-time trusted colleague who also operates a tax practice.   Since we are both sole practitioners this gives us the benefit of cost efficiency, ability to easily collaborate on more difficult returns and give access to each other in the unlikely event of one of us not being able to access your information.   Your written consent will, of course, be requested for us to share any of your information.
